We accept payment by Mastercard/Visa, Maybank2u, Cimb Clicks, and various online banking method through our secure payment processor e-GHL or MOLPay. You can also choose to pay by PayPal.

Shipping usually takes 7-14 days.

Our payment processor e-GHL & MOLPay, both uses 128-bit Secure protection to give you the best-in-class security during payment. PayPal also has world-class payment security, ensuring your whole payment process is safe and secure.

Once your payment is received, you will received an Invoice from us. When your order is processed by our Sumero team, you will receive another email informing you that. Once your order is shipped out, we will send you another email with the courier name, and tracking number. Throughout your order journey, we will constantly keep you updated. So, do check your email for your order updates.

After you have made your payment, we will send the invoice to your email. So, do check your email for your invoice.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Sumero you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused, in the state when you received them, and in the original packaging.)

Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, (e.g., box), along with its enclosed items, and place it in a shipping box.  Attach the return label to the sealed box.  Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off.  A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.

Send the items back to us as per the return label.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Sumero. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
